Registering is a two step process but you have two options for how you complete the registering process.  The youth leader is to complete the registration process.

• You can fill out the form below AND click the buy now paypal button to pay your $25 per person deposit.
• Or you can print out this form and mail it in, along with your $25 per person deposit.

Registration Fee (this is a one time fee)

1-24 registrants - $150, 25-50 registrants - $195, Over 50 registrants - $250
This form, along with a $25 per person deposit which is non-refundable is required to secure your space at Youth Alive 2011.
